We are excited to announce that all registration and room rates for 2006 are unchanged from last year. Registration rates for individual attendees are as follows:

Wed-Sun	$350
Fri-Sun	$285

Significant Other Special Rate

Esprit's Significant Others Program continues its strong educational offerings. As a continued incentive for Significant Others to attend what is considered by many to be the best program in the US, the following special rates are available:

Entire week Sun-Sun for two	$650
Wed-Sun for two	$570
Fri-Sun for two	$475

Payment and Deadlines

For maximum privacy and to minimize processing expenses, registrations are accepted only via mail and payment must be made by check or money order in US dollars made out to Esprit. Do NOT send cash. Space is limited to approximately 160 attendees and early registration is recommended.

Registration forms and payment must be received by May 6, 2006. Anything received after May 6 will not be processed. Registrations at the door may be possible if space permits.

Refunds will be made only upon written request. Requests received on or before March 31, 2006 are eligible for a full refund. Requests received between April 1, 2006 and April 30, 2006 inclusive are eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds on or after May 1, 2006.

Accommodations

Early reservations are strongly recommended. You must make your own reservations directly with the Port Angeles Red Lion hotel at (360) 452-9215 to request special Esprit rates. You will be given instructions at the Esprit registration desk on how to secure the rate upon checkout. Esprit single or double room rates at the Red Lion Hotel are (excluding taxes):

Waterfront (Main wing)	$84
Non-view (Main or Hillside wing)	$74

Meals and Services

You will be served meals only for the days for which you have registered. Meals are served as follows:

Friday Fashion Show luncheon
Friday Talent Show dinner
Saturday Awards luncheon
Saturday Graduation dinner
Sunday Farewell brunch

As a registered attendee you will receive an attendee's photo badge, a yearbook, admission to all classes and events as defined on the schedule (note that some events such as the Victoria BC High Tea involve additional cost), meals as specified above, access to the clothing exchange, and access to all on-site vendors. Additional food and drink, vendor services and products, transportation, lodging, and other expenses not listed as included are not covered.

Big/Little Sister Program

The Big/Little Sister Program pairs up girls who are attending Esprit for the first time with more experienced individuals. If you are a first time attendee and would like a Big Sister or would like to be a Big Sister, contact the Big/Little Sister coordinator directly at BigSis@EspritConf.com for more information.

Scholarships

A limited number of partial and full scholarships are available based on need. The application deadline is February 28, 2006. Contact the Scholarship coordinator at Scholarships@EspritConf.com for more information.
